It’s hard to imagine, but IKEA started out as a small mail-order business in Älmhult, a village in the Swedish countryside. It can now be found in 63 countries offering a unique range of products.

We are proud of our achievements! Our 6,000 co-workers in the Netherlands love nothing more than spending their whole day exceeding customers’ expectations. In fact, we go a whole lot further than that. Our goal is for our company to drive positive and sustainable change in society.
